Ostomy Support Group
The purpose of he organization is to help ostomy patients and their families cope with and discuss ostomy issues in a helpful, friendly and beneficial way. The meetings are free although the association has annual dues of $25. Join Us.
We meet each 3rd Thursday of the month in Room 1040 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro NC. Meetings start at 7pm. We invite you to look us over and join our group. We plan special events in addition to regular meetings.

First Friday
The community is invited to a self-guided tour of local art galleries and studios, museums, retail shops, restaurants and alternative arts venues the first Friday of every month from 6-9pm,and many of the participating locations will host special events, promotions and demonstrations and some venues may offer extended hours past 9pm and refreshments. A detailed, downloadable map will be available on the day of the event on a dedicated Web site, www.downtownfridays.com. Dozens of Downtown restaurants will also be open offering regular hours.
Actors Lab - Acting Classes!
The Actors Lab, an acting studio with offices in Los Angeles and Charlotte, will offer a class at the Broach Theatre in downtown Greensboro (520 S. Elm Street), beginning Sept. 7. Classes will be held each Monday, 6:30-10 p.m., and cost $200 per month.

Belly Dance Classes!
Belly Dance classes for all levels are offered weekly at Studio 318! No experience Necessary for this class. And as always, we enthusiastically welcome all shapes, sizes, ages, and genders!
Monday 5:45 - Tribal Improv: Experienced Beginner & Intermediate Levels Learn the techniques of lead & follow group improvisation, chorus formations, cues & transitions. No experience Necessary for this class.
Monday 7:00 - Belly Dance Level I: Basic movement for new students and continuing beginners. No experience Necessary for this class.
